Fantastic Sailing Conditions Zeeland Regatta July 5-6

The forecasts for the Zeeland Regatta  weekend of July 5-6 were promising and have materialised ! 4 OK Dinghy sailors, Peter, Sybren, Joris and Joost challenged each other on the ‘Veerse meer’.

Peter dominated on Saturday, whilst Joost and Sybren were fighting for a 2nd place. Sunday all 4 sailors had a comparable boat speed and tactical mistakes were paid in full.

Overall winner was Sybren, congrats. The detailed classification can be found below.

This was an enormously enjoyable sailing weekend : great weather, fantastic lake and perfectly organised regatta.

Let’s at least double the number of participants for next year’s regatta !
